High pitch noise on the passinger front wheel.

(2003 Lincoln LS)
in Durham, NC on February 18, 2011
This problem was here for a while, a year ago the Lincoln dealer changed the wheel bearing; Changed tires all with little noises reduction: Last week the Ford dealer said it was the break pads... Changed pads with Lincoln parts, Turned the Rotors........No change in noise.... Any help?

There really isn't much else that can be happening. Your front wheels have hub and bearrings and brake pads/calipers. That's it as far as rotational noises. I have no further suggestion, other than what has already been attempted. The same things need revisited.
