How do you change the high brake light on the convertible?
I can't figure out how to get into the housing.

It's a major pain. Must remove upholstery lining from trunk lid by prying out a dozen plastic fasteners and removing tool kit. This gives access (awkward) to four long screws with springs that hold light assembly in (8mm nuts). Without deep sockets, I had to use nedle-nose pliers and a lot of bad words. Light assembly is a mass of LEDs and a complex circuit-board loaded with electronics. Another example of the two-edged sword that is German engineering
when you open your trunk you should see your tool box keep following down until you are directly under where the light is their are four phillip head screws unscrew those and your light should come out thats for a 1990 355ic convertable
