Heating Fan Control Panel

The heating/ cooling control panel display fades and the cooling/heater just does not always come on at starting the car but will come on at anytime whilst driving and work perfectly fine or just fail again thereafter. So works at times and then not at other. What are posssible causes & remedy?

The best thing to do is to have your auto-climate control scanned for codes and to have its data stream studied for malfunctions. There are so many things it could be that a proper diagnosis is the best way to address this type of problem.
