(1999 Ford Windstar)
in Hobart, IN on October 31, 2009
Heater blowing out cold air only. One day I turned it on and it only had cold air coming out. No problems before this day, but since then no hot air will come out of the heater.

Make sure the thermostat is operating properly, you can do this fairly easily by looking at the temperature gauge and making sure the engine is getting up to operating temperature, if it's not, or it takes a long time, replace the themostat.
These vehicles have a door that diverts airflow though the heater core, if the system that controls this door, or the door itself are broken, it will cause this problem too.
