Q: heat/cool on 2000 Chrysler 300M

I ran the heat diagnosti test and got a 36 code. of course its the only code not listed on chrysler problem is no heat.can someone tell me what the code means?

Vehicle Application: 1999 Chrysler 300M 3.5L

Customer Concern: Unable to change the temperature through the control knob on the Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) head.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Run the calibration test of the ATC system without a scan tool:

2. Set the temperature to 75 and the blower speed to any speed but off.

3. Depress and hold the floor, mix, defrost buttons at the same time until the display begins to blink.

4. The control head will continue to blink while it is performing diagnostics and calibration of the air doors.

5. Any codes will be displayed on the control head.
