Heat is not blowing hot. Blower works but not hot.

Could the problem with the heat not blowing hot be in the sliding temperature selector in the car? The blower works fine but does not blow hot and the car does not overheat. Also, have had trouble starting car lately. Power works but cranking to turn over is a bit difficult some days.

The problem with the heater not getting warm could be in the slide control. You may have to pull the control out of the dash and see if it's working. There may be a cable come off somewhere. Check your battery cables for the starting problem. The terminals have to be clean and tight for the starter.
