Hear the lumbar motor running but there's no adjustment to the seat. How to fix

(1999 Honda CR-V)
Is this a major or minor repair. I still have warranty coverage but there's a $100 deductible.

Does the rest of the seat power funtions work properly? IF it is actually covered under some sort of warranty , then I would say the $100.00 would be well worth it (unless you can manage to live without that adjustment working).
