It's possible that the switch is failing, and you have lo-beam headlight relay #35 and 10A fuses #3 and #4 supplying power to the lo-beams. Check the relay and fuses. It's possible that both lo-beam filaments burned out at the same time, which can result from bad battery connections. If the bulbs turn out to be the problem, check your battery connections.
