Headlamp Wires

(1999 Saturn SL2)
in Buffalo, NY on October 18, 2009
I have been trying to get my Left low beam lamp to work and I am at a loss. I tried to replace the bulb and the fuse and had no luck. High beams work. Any idea what it could be other than the wiring shorting somewhere? Any possible places to look for a short? Otherwise I think it is going to have to be rewired for inspection when everything else should pass. Bummer. Help is much appreciated. Thank you.

There is a possible poor connection at the bulb housing or in the wiring for the headlight. Get a test light and check for power and ground at the bulb connector, and follof the wires back until you find the bad connection.
