The best way for you to try to do this type of job on you own, would be to by a DIY book. A Haynes manual for your make and model of car. They are about $ 25.00 and cover all the information you are looking for. They are written in a format that is easy to understand for the home mechanic. It will tell you how to set timing, torque setting for head bolts etc. Also will tell you if special tools are needed and loaded with pictures. Head gaskets and timing todays engines can get pretty involved, you can read over the information look at the pictures and deside if this something you can handle or not before you take it apart. The money you spend on the book will save you it's cost many times over just from knowing more about your car.

Thanks for the answer, I've had check all the Autopart around and also dealership and they said that there is no manual available they told me that Hanes don't even make one for this kind of vehicle.
