Hazard lights won't shut off

(1996 Ford Aspire)

Unless I disconnect the battery or pull the fuse they are constantly on. when I pull the fuse then I don't have turn signals either. Any suggestions?

Put the fuse back ln.. Next listen for the hazard 'flasher' clicking.. Find it
and remove it... This should stop the flashing lights while leaving sig.
lamps working... Now the problem, it sounds like the signal lamp swiitch.
That is where the flasher switch is also.. Be certain the flasher switch is
not stuck in the on position.

Had the same problem it was a bad turn signal bulb. Check all your bulbs.
