Have overheating problem but does not lose any coolant

(1999 Cadillac DeVille)
starts get hot around 15-20 miles it has air bubbles in radiator

Do you have oil residue in the coolant reservoir? Air bubbles in the coolant means you have a leak letter air in somewhere, possibly a head gasket letting combustion gases into the coolant.

You should get a shop to check it out!
