THIS ISN'T A TAURUS IT IS A EXPLORE WITH A V6 . ANYTHING BELOW 10 DEGRESS IT WOULD NOT GET WARM . BEEN BACK TO DEAL 4 TIMES , THEY SAY NOTHING COMES UP . THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. THEY SAY . MY WIFE SAY'S DIFFERENT .SHE DRIVES IT 7 MILES AND DONT GET WARM . BOUGHT CAR NEW . TH

Did the dealer check actual heater output temp..?

What is the engine operating temp and are both heater hoses to the heater core hot to the touch at operating temp, same as the upper radiator hose.
