Got in to my car today and the instrument cluster (gauges), radio, heater blower

Got in to my car today and the instrument cluster (gauges), radio, heater blower, power windows are not working. Car starts and drives, i Have checked the fuses in both fuse boxes in the dash and the 1 under the hood. any help would be great. thank you

Did you check each and every fuse you could find with a tester, especially the maxi fuses under the hood? If not you have not checked the fuses properly! I have fixed many problems that way over the many years i have been doing auto repair, and on every one of them the fuses usually had been checked already, only to find one that was blown while testing.

Common for ignition switch. Try spraying break cleaner down the hole and turn key a few time should work
