Got Error code P0171 & P0174 after fuel pump replacement

(1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500)
in Muskegon, MI on December 20, 2016
I just replaced a fuel pump in my truck, and within a week got a check engine light. Scan says error code P0171 & P0174, which shows bank 1 & 2 fuel system too lean. Could this error be related to my recent fuel pump replacement?

Yes - Insufficient fuel pressure .. Did you replace the fuel 'filter' as well? .. Suggest fuel pressure test.

No, I did not replace the fuel filter when I replaced the fuel pump, as I had put in a new fuel filter about a month prior to having issues with the fuel pump. So I didn't think it would be necessary. Should I replace this month old fuel filter because I did replace the fuel pump?

I always replace the filter when I replace the pump.. However I usually don't know how old the filter is .. Fuel pressure test would be a good idea.
