They put the current date and mileage on the oil change sticker. I have no idea when I need my oil changed again.

My son and I have used this store for both our vehicles for over 4 years because of our service manager, Mike. He takes the time to make sure we understand what work needs to be performed, helps prioritize based on safety, and always makes sure we leave happy. Every employee at this location goes above and beyond to take care of their customers, and it shows every time.

We've been bringing our cars to this Goodyear branch for quite awhile now, and the service is always fantastic. Brian works on our cars the most and he's so helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and seems to care about me having a safe vehicle.

Pulled in with 0 tread left on my tires. Staff quickly found replacements within my budget, listed and prioritized all other repairs needing to be done, and helped me through the financial process. Main priority was keeping me safe on the road which I am grateful for.

Counter person did not pass warnings and instructions to techs concerning factory aero package and lift clearances. Tech lifted car and compressed skirts. Asked them to lower car and try again. Skirts were okay all seemed to work out. While detailing car this week found scratches were old weights were scrapped off and damage to clear coat most likely from pry bar or tire machine. Paid for lifetime rotate and balance but not sure we will go back or not. Tried this business due to similar experiences w/competitors. Chalking it up to lack of respect for customer and their vehicles.

I drove my vehicle to the shop and was met by a technician right away. I have been a customer at the shop for many years and the technician had my car's repair history up in minutes. The services I requested were performed within a couple of hours and they suggested only one additional service to which I agreed. The car was available for my pickup within the time frame I had allowed. A very good service.

Technicians troubleshot the problem of noise while driving to the rear end & recommended that I take it to the Ford dealer since it was under warranty. I took it to the dealer & they made the repair at no cost. Honesty & trust are 2 words to describe Goodyear service in Mandarin.

I took my daughter's car in for new tires and an oil change. I got a call telling me they "had" to do a front end alignment, which I wasn't told about at check in plus a long list of "road hazzards" -oil leaking from head gasket and they needed to replace spark plugs! Just had then replaced at the dealership! Always find something else wrong!

Shane gave me a quote over the phone for replacement tires and a oil change which was a great price for both. You always think that the person you are in contact with when you come in will try to add in extras but that wasn't the case which I appreciated. I expect the price that I was quoted over the phone is what I am to pay when coming in.

I voiced a concern over the cost of certain parts used, but the mistake was mine, not Goodyear's. There was though, an error in figuring the labor charge, which turned out to be only a keypunch error. The issue was handled professionally, courteously, and to my satisfaction. I have taken all my vehicles to the Mandarin Goodyear for many, many years. Because I've found an auto repair business I can trust, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I want to emphasize the importance of trust in the area of auto repair. Please note my 5 star rating.

I called before going to see how long it would take to have an alignment done, before I made my appointment. I was told how long it would take, which was satisfactory and I made my appointment. However my car was serviced before the given estimated time.

Had a 6 pm appointment but got there 1 hour early. Instead of saying you are early they said, glad your here and were ready for you. I needed a battery and they had one waiting for me. Great guys.

I have been servicing two vehicles at this location for a year now and all employees have been great. The service is excellent, vehicles are ready earlier than the expected time. The counter Associates are fantastic and my dealings with the Manager have been wonderful. I have been very pleased with all facets at this location and they definitely have me business forever.

Let me first say, call ahead! This Goodyear location is quite busy because of their great service, so it's important to call and make an appointment. They are not high pressure folks and don't try and sell you every service under the sun. Definitely will return!

The guys at Goodyear were great, as they always are. I took my car in for an oil change and a brake check. Rather than tell me that I needed new brakes, they said the pads just needed cleaning and they stopped squealing. I love the honesty!!

Brought my 2006 Fusion in for an oil change & wheel alignment. Ended up needing struts front and back as well. $1150 later I left with a car that drove worse than when I first brought the car in. Returned two more times. The car still runs worse than when I first brought it in. My cost also went up after the 2nd visit. I won't return as the excuses I've gotten from store management are ridiculous. I think I was also overcharged for the wheel alignment by more than double.

My car was in for an oil change, tire rotation & balancing. The write up was quick. I did not wait for the service, but received a call indicating that soon I needed new tires and was given a quote at that time. Everyone was polite and the turn around time swift. I had made an appointment in advance which helps with a smooth servicing.

I scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning on the Goodyear website. Not sure why the earliest appointment was until 11am. When I arrived at the store there was no waiting and no one had scheduled service when the store opened. The website needs to be addressed and updated. Again, the staff was friendly and fast.

We have been having our family autos serviced by Goodyear for over 15 years. Your Mandarin facility has always given us the best advice and service for our cars. The staff is always pleasant to deal with and gives us the reason behind any repair required. The Service Manager and his staff do a fine job.

We are long time customers. they always try to upsell us. sometimes it works, like this time. the problem is they did NOTHING to try to help us save money on our tires. The location by Kmart in Jax and the location I use in Catonsville never tries to upsell and they try to get us the credits/bonuses on anything we purchase. The trust here has been completely broken. thank goodness there a few Goodyear stores that actually take care of their customers. It is certainly NOT this store.

I had brought my car to 11800 San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin on a Wednesday for an oil change. I was informed that the front brake pads were thin and should be replaced. I scheduled an appointment to bring the car back 2 days later. The brake pads were replaced promptly. I was told that the power steering fluid looked dirty and in need of changing. So I also had that done. I am a widow and am not knowledgeable about cars. So, I have to trust that the suggestions being made when I bring the car in for 1 reason and wind up having 2 additional services performed are legitimate. I am on a fixed income so unplanned expenditures for car maintenance can really strain my budget. The service managers on both the Wednesday and Friday visits were kind enough to give me small discounts on my bills. I have tried other Goodyear service centers along San Jose Boulevard in both Jax and Fruit Cove and have found that the one at 11800 San Jose Boulevard best meets my needs and desires.

Left car on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday--oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick it up the battery was dead. Someone had left the key in the ignition. I had to wait after getting there for it to be recharged. My plans then changed for what I had to do later because I had to let my car run for awhile. My battery is new and I should have been given a new battery for the inconvenience this caused. I purposely left it on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday so that I would not have to wait.

Needed new battery and had time conflict, so they did the work, kept the car overnight and we got it next day when we paid the bill. These guys are the best!

Went there in the morning needing two tires to replaced. They ordered the tires and they were ready for later in the day. Returned and was pleasantly surprised how quick they finished. Shane was really easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

I have had my 2006 Titan serviced at good year since it was new. This included tires, brakes, coolant changes, batteries as well as oil changes. The reason I was drawn to Goodyear was due to the price of the oil change. I have alway used full synthetic and was charged the advertised price. Today, I was told I had to pay extra because my Titan used 6 quarts. My $49+ oil change turned into $69+. I just wanted to let you know that after all the years I have used Goodyear service, I will never go back. There are others that will appreciate my business.
