A dead battery in the morning...once a friend got me started drove to store. Left vehicle and walked to work. They checked entire electric system which was a good idea. Could have claimed all kinds of problems but called a short time later to say it was just the battery.

I love the staff at this location. I felt like they wanted my business! I was given a realistic wait time and they serviced my vehicle in that time frame. I drive past a couple of Goodyear locations just to come back to this one! YOU GOT MY BUSINESS!

I was telling that I wanna have my E-brake tightened as the vehicle still can move after parking brake touched to bottom level. They did a rear drum brake adjustment, which seems did not solve the problem with parking brake. Well, that's fine if we proved that it is not rear brake causing the problem. But, one day after adjustment I found a wheel lug nut missing in the rear. ..Fortunately, they placed a new one immediately when I took the vehicle to them.

The wait time was long. Dropped my car off around 8 am or a lttlel after and no one had called for me to pick up. I just got dropped off around 4:30 pm and picked it up.I didn't use the bathrooms or sit in the waiting areas so really couldn't rate those truthfully. Service was average because nothing was done extra or less I would assume. Not even in customer service area.

Excellent service from your Service Manager. Although he was directed to close early (Memorial Day), he still took the time to wait on me, even though the doors were locked - he stepped right up, made me feel that I was not inconveniencing anyone, and the service was fast. I will be back!

My appointment was 8:00 but they took me at 7:30. I was sitting there for 20 or 30 minutes and the guy said were finished.Talking about fast service.I'll will continue to go back.Great job Goodyear!!!

I always drop my vehicles off at the Southside location as I'm going to work. Danny, the manager, is a friendly and honest guy and always lets me know exactly what my vehicle needs. He doesn't try to sell me things that are unnecessary. Because of his honesty, I will remain a loyal customer and let him and Goodyear take care of any of my auto needs.

The two employees that I encounter were friendly. It was explained to me why I need to purchase a new battery. This is my second trip to Goodyear for service. I will continue to use them because of the feeling the employee gives me. They seem to be concerned about me and my car.

We have been going to the Goodyear near UAB for years and have never been disappointed. The men are honest, helpful, and efficient. I went in for an unscheduled tire rotation (free when you buy their tires) and oil/filter change and was out sooner than I had hoped, given that there were three customers ahead of me. I recommend them with confidence and enthusiasm. Coffee hit the spot, too!

My visit involved the installation of four new tires, and it could not have gone better. Staff at the front desk were helpful and professional when I arrived for my appointment. The work was done correctly - even though the installation was complex, involving tires of different sizes- and promptly. My car was ready well before the time promised, and was returned to me in great condition. I would absolutely recommend this shop to friends.

Danny, the store manager is always available and seems ready to help and makes customers feel at home as well as keeping them informed. It is good to go to a service facility and feel confident that you are dealing with fair and honest people.

My maintenance gauges were not set back accordingly. My tires sound horrible since the tire rotation. I did not like the service of my car this time.

I have been getting my oil changed, tires replaces and even flats fixed at this location since 2003 and through two cars. I have always been treated courteously and professionally and the staff makes sure to explain each procedure.

I decided to use Goodyear in Southside for my new tires so that I could walk to my gym while I waited rather than be trapped at a branch too far from anything to multitask. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the time frame was very reasonable. I got new tires, an oil change, and an alignment in the time it took me to walk to the rec center, complete my usual workout, and then walk back. Once I returned, I only waited about 10 minutes. My car was ready exactly when I was told it would be. And my car drives nicely with the new tires.

HUGE thanks to Fox at Goodyear downtown for boosting my car off yesterday after my husband ran our battery down! We had our one year old with us... a dead battery in an awkward parking spot and Fox saved the day! Awesome customer service!
