Going up a hill with the accelerator to the floor my car struggles?

(1992 Mercedes-Benz 400SE)
After finally reaching level ground it then takes off. In August I had work done on the front end. This started occurring after that.

I doubt if it has anything to do with front end work but I would look for a restricted exhaust/blocked cat converter and look at fuel pressure and fuel pump volume.

I was afraid that would be the answer. I have to reevaluate this. In 2011, I paid $1500 for the front end and $600 for a new radiator. The car has 256k miles and the expenses are more than the diminished value. Do you think it's worth repairing or would you give it up.
