Is the Check Engine Light/Service Engine Soon light on, if so codes will be stored in the computer in your car that may lead to the cause. (attaching a professional grade scan tool may not be a bad idea as you can monitor sensor values as the engine runs. I would look at fuel pressure and deliver, and look for a restricted exhaust or catalytic converter.

At this time it has no Check Engine Light on, and as you suggested I checked the exhaust and it seems to be flowing ok, Im not sure how to check the fuel pressure on this car. and thanks so much for your help, Im more old school when it comes to cars, I have a 67 Chevy PU and a 69 Camero RS SS.
