Getting some heat if I leave the blower on low.

could this be the heater? or thermostat ? radiator does not get hot.

If your radiator is not getting hot and your antifreeze lvl is correct then it sounds like your thermostat might possibly be stuck open. Another indicator would be long engine warm up time.
