Gear oil leak on front passenger side wheel well

(1999 Ford F-150)

when under load noticed that there is a what appears to be a gear oil leak on the front passenger side wheel well. having trouble finding leak. does anyone know what would cause this? Also it is a manual transmission. Truck only has 65k on it. any help would be appreciated.

4x4???... Possible CV Joint grease also.

should not be gear oil. poss hub bearing greaes?
