Fuse box, light problems. bulbs good, keep going out. I wiggle the fuse to work.

Light's are a big issue with my car. Back up light never worked. Bulbs all are good. Now my head lights are a big problem. I found a burned/melted fuse. Changed it. Now the fuss seems loose. I have to get out and wiggle the fuse to get the light to work. It goes off and on.. In low beam it's like I have no lights. I'm thinking they need to be set up. I will do that when I have Lights. I'm not sure if I will need a new fuss harness. I live in Mexico and bought the car here. Is heat a factor. I notice lots of vehicles here have lights out, Help Please and Thanks

Crimp the connector so it make connection ..
