depending on which one you need, the interior fuse box is usually on the lower left dash panel or down by the driver's side kick panel. The engine compartment fuse box is usually near the battery with a black plastic cover, possibly labeled power distribution center. If your Explorer came with an owner's manual they usually have good diagrams showing the exact location of the fuses

Where can the part be purchased. Is it possible to have a short in the fuse box? The power windows and sun roof are not working in a 2005 Ford Exployer. Thanks
