Fuel pump not getting power

(1992 Buick Roadmaster)

replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay and fuses. What could be wrong?

It could be a bad ground.

Your fuel pump sits inside an assembly, where there are 3 or 4 wires connected to the pump. On my car, the wires burnt up and I found another assembly at a junkyard for $65, and that fixed the problem of no power getting to the pump itself.
