THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER. I WAS TOLD BY 'JIFFY LUBE' THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE GAS TANK TO GET TO THE FUEL FILTER. ARE THEY CORRECT??

No the book says its inline ( that means its in the fuel line between the tank and the engine ) Get a regular shop to perform this, Jiffy lube are experts at changing oil and lubing vehicles but this is a easy repair for any repair shop to perform.

No! your fuel filter should be at the right-underside of the chasis.
