Frozen calipers

I was told my calipers on the front were frozen...and this is why I'm running through front brake pads...how much should this repair cost...calipers and front brakes?

Is this you Sandy...or is someone else laughing at me?? How the heck am I gonna pay for this one....Dad already gave me $100 towards rear tires...and I have to pay Dan's rent this month...I'm so depressed....tired of working my badunka dunk off and getting no where in a hurry...IRS sent me two letters for the $600 I owe....I don't care what they call it...any fees assessed to late taxes is taxing a tax...sheesh.....
