Front washer fluid not working

(1998 Toyota 4Runner)
in Honolulu, HI on May 21, 2011
I cannot get the front washer fluid to dispense. I pulled the whole reservoir out and water flows freely from both the front and rear outlets. I checked the fuse and that's good (the rear fluid works too). Not sure what else to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Get someone to operate the washer and see if you have voltage going to one wire at the washer pump and and ground at the other wire. With the wires disconnected apply power to one terminal and ground to the other and see if the washer pump works. It doesn't matter the pump will spin one way or the other you just want want to see if the pump spins.
