The interior door panel will need to be removed to check the window motor and window regulator for damage. The window may have come off track, the regulator teeth may be damaged or pivot point worn, the motor may be lazy or a voltage drop may occur going to the motor. At any rate the door panel has to be removed, takes about 20 minutes to remove the door panel and inspect components.
