Front left brake locks up?

(2002 Subaru Impreza Outback)
in Boonville, NC on May 27, 2009
Any time the outside temp is above 65 deg. my left front brake locks up. It happens going down the road, not even usingthe brakes, or at stop lights. I have changed the caliper, brakes, brake line, any other ideas? Thanks

I've seen a master cylinder cause this problem. The fluid expands as it heats up, and the master cylinder is not allowing the fluid to return to the reservoir, and then the brake is applied.
