Front brake on passengers side is leaking brake fluid from the selenoid

(1999 Ford Mustang)

can i replace just that or do i need the whole calaper and how do i do that

Which is leaking a selenoid or the calaper?..........I'm guessing you mean the piston in the caliper is leaking , and in that case your best bet would to have the caliper replaced and bled properly. Pads and rotors should be assessed for condition at the same time.
