Ford Taurus Engine Buck when in drive on 2002 Ford Taurus

When I put mt car into drive the engine will buck also when driving at slow speeds when climbing a hill.

Sounds as if you may have broken motor mounts. This can cause a lurch or bucking sensation. If not, you may have a misfire intermittently or something of that nature. Look at the motor mounts first, however.
