cleaned MAP sensor. what else?
Old weather stripping is loose, letting water in. Looks relatively easy to replace, but have never done it.
when driving my 1993 ford ranger particularly over 30 mph theres a whining or humming sound coming from the rear
while driving it will unexpectedly come on?
Has new plugs, wires, coils, ICM, ECM, harmonic balancer pulley, new T-belt and crank sensor. Repaired/replaced vacuum lines. Smells a little rich at idle, at times, MPG is solid @ 24 mpg, mostly hiway 12 mile range to work.
need help pretty bad.
had truck 3-4 years no problems, I changed out first starter myself, done this on other vehicles, I've owed. Lasted 2-3 months started all over then it wouldn't start at all. found hillbilly fly wheel changed it out and starter worked good 6 months then started all over again. took to garage and they replaced starter/flywheel now 6 months later same thing again!! parked it! can you help?
I have bought and installed over ten NEW starters and something is causing them all to burn up. I turn the key to start the truck and it makes a loud sweaking sound truck will run for a few minutes then starter burns up. I've recently replaced the clutch, flywheel, ignition switch, honestly if you can think of it I've replaced it!! FRom the battery to the mass air flow sensor! But I can't figure out what the hell is killing my starters!! Any ideas???

Runs fine, starts fine, but after going on the freeway 65mph for about 30 minutes or so, its hard to start? It seems almost like there's not enough juice in the battery?
I put a new engine in my 93 ranger 4.0L. I failed to put the assembly that has a small shock absorber on the drivers side of the engine block, is it needed? can it go without?

Driving down the road, press clutch, shift, and it engages but it's acting like you press the clutch again. You can let off the gas and press again and it picks up for a couple of seconds and does it again. Totally lost as to what else to do. I cleaned the MAF and no change. This all started when I put injector cleaner in a tank of gas. Could this be the problem?
i have a 1993 ford explorer and i just have the engine rebuild and i put a new clutch. Last time when i was driving to work my car slow down and the engine turn off what i notice when i check the oil reservoir from the clutch it was completly low.Now it doesnt want to turn on the clutch pedal went smooth and all the way to the floor. Also i try to bleed it out and is leaking from the bell housing and the pedal it wont get firm like it was before.
