I followed my service recommendation: the 75k full check and service on my 2010 Pilot. Within 1wk, I had an issue with my windshield wiper fluid leaking, turns out it was the motor. Just an issue that timing seems interesting. "it just happens" was the response. Feel this was convenient timing, told not serious, service shop keep me at the dealership for 1-2 hrs for diagnosing issue , additional 2 hrs to fix. Quoted me a price. When I shared my 3rd party ins., tech response "now you tell us". I expect intelligent and professional customer service And interactions
I really like the service guy I work with, but you have to use the right tech. I have used a couple of them and was not happy so you have to get a good tech. That's pretty much it. He's really always great about fitting me into the schedule. He's been flexible on giving me a competitive price and just really friendly and willing to help.
