There is a cooling fan relay and cooling fan control module that may have failed but most likely the cooling fan relay has stuck. I was trying to find a location for it but can't find it in my information. Look in the fuse box in your engine compartment to see if any relay is identified in your fuse box cover. i changed relay not answer ,iput meter on te signal wire at fan and read between 6/10 volts even with key off
