how do i remove a broke exhaust manifold bolt, drivers side back

This probably should be done by a trained mechanic as the existing bolt needs to be drilled and a mechanic would use a easy-out to get the bolt to come out without damaging the cylinder head, Remember the cylinder head has water jackets that could be drilled into if not properly done.
