excessive roaring noise coming between engine and driveshaft when accelerate

Loud and excessive roaring noise coming from or between drive shaft when picking speed. Whilst sitting in back seat, uncomfortable vibration/ shaking and roaring noise noted under the seat. Could this be due to faulty suspension and shock absorbers.

If repair or replacement needed, roughly how much would that be?
The car warranty just expired on t 10/30 /13 and BMW -concord said the excessive griding sound
that roar from between engine and transmission shaft is normal.
