Everytime i step on the gas petal i hear a noise coming from the left side

its been 2days and i been having a promblem with my truck everytime i step on the gas petal slightly i hear this noise coming out from the front tire on the drivers side plz help

I don't have enough information from your question to give you a good answer. It would help if you were to describe the noise.
I'm suspicious that if the noise is really coming from the wheel or tire, the tire or the wheel bearing's defective.
You need to find a GM specialist to inspect your truck.

i had all that checked and everything looks good now 2 mechanics are letting me know that it might be something loose inside the transmission i dont know if thats the truth its a rattling noise coming from underneath it better if i take it to aamco transmission....what u guys think pls help...thank u
