Every now and then, when I turn the key, there is no response. Why?

I have had the ignition relay replaced but the problem continues sporadically.

Have the Ignition Switch (not relay) replaced, and find a dealer or other shop to program the PCM and BCM with the latest calibrations.

Same problem with my 2010 Cobalt. Starter was replaced.
