Only place I'll have my car repaired at. Tony is such a great guy and makes sure to let me know how everything is running on my car. Respectable service and assists me with a loaner vehicle so I can still get to work while mine car is being worked on. Always does a good job in a timely manner.

I was put in a worse situation after visiting the shop. I only had enough money for the repair that I came in for. My main issue was I use my car to make a living driving, before I brought it in, I could use it in its current state, although that state was not optimum. When my initial repair was being made the tech discovered that the valve cover was damaged and a piece had been glued on to make it functional. The shop made an effort to replace my failed part by informing me if they had something on site that fits, I could buy it at a discounted rate. In the future put something in place where a customer can apply for credit to get the part he/she needs to get them back on the road. If I knew going in that I would be made to take my car in a worsened state, taking the risk of additional damage being caused due to the worsened valve cover, and being told the current repairs would not be covered. I would have continued to drive it as it was until I had the funds to make the additional repairs. I understand they may have been burned in the past, by helping someone out, who didn't show integrity by holding up their end of the bargain to pay. That is why I suggested doing a credit check, and giving cutie customers a chance to build a long term relationship built on mutual trust.

My tow hook cover was lost there at the shop during my car service. The manager Tony mentioned he will take care it and order me a new one. Few weeks later I call to check on the status, and he said he will have to reorder as the place where he ordered gave him the wrong part. 2 to 3 week later, I call and someone at the shop said Tony is on vacation. A month later I call back and they said he is still on vacation. It's been 5 to 6 months now and Tony still has not called back.

My car took twice as long as projected, was missing a bottom pan and was told it comes off easily... it had been in place 10 years w no issues. I am a female, but familiar with cars and this pissed me off!

There were unexpected charges that were poorly explained over the phone. Greasy handprints were left all over the interior. My bumper was removed to replace a lightbulb. A few days later a fog light fell out while I was driving as the bumper was poorly reattached. I will never return.

Most likely it is that suspension components such as control arm bushings need to be replaced. It would be good to have someone check the suspension components before you spend more money on tires.

There are many things that could be wrong with the car. I would check the fuel filter and fuel pump but also I would start by checking if the alternator is consistent at charging the battery. do I change the water pump
It would be good to change the water pump because you will save on labor and also the parts since most of the time there are kits when the timing belt is done that will come with the pulleys and water pump.

The function of the Service Code (letters A - H) is to provide the driver with an approximate time necessary to perform the required "Service Item(s)" ranging from approximately one hour for a Service A to approximately eight hours for a Service H.
Service G is approximately 7 hours of labor and if it has a plus it means that there are things such as pads for the brakes that need to be replaced. It all depends from the car what it will need.
