Engine started jerking intermittently and Check Engine Light went on.

(2003 GMC Safari)
in Tampa, FL on April 20, 2011
Error Code P0102
Problem occurs only at highway speeds.
Previously got Check Engine Light on with code P0101 that was resolved last month by replacing MAF Sensor.
What more should I have done to avoid issue returning?

P0102 also relates to the MAF sensor - frequency less than 1200 Hz.

I'm wondering - when you replaced the MAF sensor, did you replace the MAF wiring connector? Sometimes the connector can have an open circuit.

And - the processor's memory should be cleared after replacing this sensor.

Last - check for any air leaks from the air box or air tube.
