Dodge Ram Van 1500 Problems

Engine performance issues due to spark plug wire induction on Dodge Ram Van 1500

Problem Description and Possible Solution

Some vehicles may exhibit one or more of the following: Spark knock complaints when the vehicle is under load, various single cylinder misfire, and surge in 4th gear (around 45 mph). Our technicians tell us that rerouting the coil and spark plug wires to minimize induction effects will commonly correct this condition. If wires must cross during the reroute procedure, they must cross at a 90 degree angle.

Randomly cuts off while driving, parked or stop light idling. Won't crank. Sometimes sputters while driving causing me to randomly loose power in the accelerator with engine still running and then ultimately either accelerator power coming back or engine shutting off.
Replaced fuel pump, catalytic converter, o2 sensor.
Problem still persists. Now the engine won't start up.
