Engine has a bad skip

(1996 Ford F-350)

only 68000 miles. skips when cold and when hot. New plugs= wires-etc.ADDED fi CLEANER {TECHRON) and dry gas. ?????

I would check for any codes, your 1996 has an OBD-II computer system and it is very good at snatching codes that will help you find the problem. Also, don't rule out a compression test, just to be sure that the cylinders are still ok.
