Engine cut off a few minutes after driving the car.

The engine cut off always occur about 3 minutes after starting the car- driving or on idle. It also happens intermittently while driving but at longer intervals. Re starting the car is never a problem though.

It needs to be determined what is failing. Are you loosing fuel pressure or ignition. It could be something electrical that fails with heat of the engine, many sensors are shared by the ignition and fuel system (crank angle sensor, camshaft sensor ect.....) someone is going to have to drive the car with a scan tool or lab scope attached to the car and see which sensor "looses it's signal ", and or dive the car with a fuel pressure gauge attached to the windscreen and see if the fuel pressure fails and causes the car to stall. It could also just be an intermittent bad electrical connection which may be found by wiggling the electrical harness on the car and see if moving the harnesses and connections causes the engine to run rough or stall.
