Engine cooling fan is not turning on

(2007 Honda CR-V)
Hello,
I have a 2007 Honda CRV. The engine cooling fan is not on, even after driving for awhile. It’s never overheated but I’m concerned. Should I replace?

You would want to find out why it is not turning on. Relay? Signal? The motor itself? Testing using a diagnostic tool that monitors command and operation is needed.
