I have had several thing done to fix my problems my check engine light have been on for aleast 2yrs. my anti-theft system lock had my car to where it won't start. gasket replace, turn signal replace, and fuel pump, water pump, now when I get pass 45 it hesitates but about 55 it moves right along, I keep getting a code saying that some kind of sensor but I got that replace and my check engine light is still on after they clear the code several times and the code still comes up even after I got everything replace.

Well if you replace the sensor and the check engine light came back on it means they either did not change the sensor or they use a cheap sensor some cars don't take the after market sensor you need the original there's also a chance you may have another trouble code you need a diagnostic to see why the light is on. sinautoscan.com offers affordable scantools or go to autozone they do it for FREE.
