Electronic compass and temperature gauge

(2003 Ford F-150)
in The Colony, TX on March 28, 2011
I have a 2003 f-150 extended cab v6 and the display on my compass/temperature gauge in the overhead went out. My question is: is there a fuse or relay for that because i can't find it in my manual, or does the circuit board need to be replaced and if so how do i take my overhead console out to get to it because i don't see any screws. Also how much would this cost me..
thanks

There are likely hidden fasteners if you look around, underneath the lamp assembly even. You could also obtain a trim tool and attempt to pry gently at the edges to see if there are clips securing it.

I suspect it is an issue with the assembly internally.
