in Shelbyville, IN on October 13, 2009
99 sunfire has the e-brake stuck. i went to try to "re-apply" the e-brake, but i still cant move the car. is there any way that i can fix the problem or will i have to someway get it to the garage for a certified mechanic to fix it?

When it comes to brakes, I always recommend that you take it to a certified professional to get it fixed. It's a safety issue, so it's worth spending the money.
