Is the Check Engine light on?
I would check for spark at the spark plug cables when no start condition.

The reason the car stalls is because there is a component in the ignition that is shorting out. Happened to me. Go to http://www.internetautoguide.com/10-8-32/honda-recalls.html You can get it fixed free at the dealership. Good luck! Great car once I finally got that fixed. It was scary shutting off while in the middle lane of the interstate during rush hour!
