The e-check company is having trouble reading the codes on my vehicle. It has been about 5 weeks since I had the repair done on my vehicle, and they are still having trouble reading the codes.

Are they having a problem reading the trouble codes? Or is your vehicle unable to complete a driving cycle? This may be due to a weak battery. Here are some articles that explain driving cycles, take a look and pass them on to the guys e-check people.
