DRIVING IN RAINY CONDITIONS AT SPEEDOF 35 TO 45 MPH MY CAR HAS NO CONTROL IT FEEL THAT I AM DRIVING ON ICE .CAN YOU HELP !

I would look at the tire thread depth and tire wear pattern of all four tires on your car. Look for sufficient tie thread depth and uniform even tire wear. After that steering alignment and suspension/shocks could be an issue but you are likely to find it is a tire problem.
